Vinod Kumar has been an Independent Director of VCL since June 2024. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery degree from the Punjab University and Master of Public Administration degree from the State University of New York. He retired as a chief income tax commissioner
Before joining VCL, he was associated with the Indian Revenue Services from January 1989 until his retirement in October 2021. Vinod Kumar possesses extensive knowledge in the fields of Accounting, Income Tax, Corporate, and Administrative Law.
