The Integrated Bridgemanship Simulator complex in Kochi, Kerala, is a state-of-the-art facility for the Indian Navy's training needs. The complex comprises a main building and an education building, both G + 7 structures covering an area of 17,000 square meters.

The construction process includes various essential systems, such as internal and external water supply, electrification, and sewerage. The foundation work consists of 317 piles sunk to a depth of 55 meters, and structural glazing covers an area of 1,525 square meters.

The buildings are equipped with six lifts and centralized air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and functional environment. The project's safety and functional operation are ensured through firefighting systems, power backup via DG set, and aviation lights. The complex is designed to provide a comprehensive and realistic simulation experience for training, research, or testing purposes.
