The Pithoragarh project involved the construction of 1054 nos. Dus RCC Frame structures, with a total built-up area of 95159.33 sqm and a building configuration of G+1 Floor. The project's scope encompassed a wide range of works, including internal and external electrification, roadworks, steel works, sanitary installation, finishing work, site development, plumbing work, drainage work, horticulture, STP, sewage work, and electric substation of capacity 3/11KVA.
Additional components of the project included a dam, DC sets, and a solar water heating system. This comprehensive project showcases our expertise in executing large-scale infrastructure development projects.
