UPRNN - Allahabad
UPRNN Rajya Vishwavidyalaya Phase-1 is a vast construction project located in Saraswati Hi-tech City, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The project spans 68,500 square meters and serves multiple purposes, featuring various structures such as an Administrative Block, Exam Hall, Academic Block, Multipurpose Hall, and Guest House.
The project includes several residential units ranging from Type-II to Type-V, all built in the G+5 architectural style. Construction features include various types of ceilings, internal and external water supply systems, electrification, and a sewerage system. The roads are well-constructed, with infrastructural foundations that include an RCC Overhead tank and an RCC Underground tank.
The project prioritizes sustainability with a solar water system and ensures adequate sanitation through a sewage treatment plant. Four lifts enable easy movement across buildings, and fire fighting and alarm systems are installed as precautionary measures. A transformer is also installed to guarantee a reliable power supply. This project showcases modern construction practices and planning, efficiently developing contemporary schools and homes.
