To boost economic growth and strengthen consumer confidence in the housing sector,

Vivek Infra Projects was incorporated on 3rd March 2010 under the Company Act 1956. The ISO 9001-2008 certified company aims to construct affordable housing for the lower/middle-income groups.

Merely a year after its inception, Vivek Infra planned to venture into multiple housing sector projects in different locations across India. Our purpose is to promote sustainable and affordable housing for Indian consumers. We began venturing into housing projects in the Bathinda location by acquiring land in an auction bid in a prime location to begin the development of a residential township for the local public.

We acquired 12.5 acres of land from the Municipal Corporation of Bhatinda in an auction bid. The land is at the location at Dabwali Road, Bathinda.

The distance is nearly 2.7 km from AIIMS, Bathinda. It is around 7.0 km from the railway station.

The developers of Vivek Infra group conjured up a tremendous development at the site with the execution of a residential township comprising 1150 smart value homes with basic amenities such as a health club, jogging track, swimming pool, etc., in a phased manner.

The first phase shall cover approximately 650 housing units of 2-3 BHK. In the second phase, we work on the construction of 500 dwelling units shall be constructed.

We shall begin with the design and layout of the product to start constructing sustainable housing projects in the area. This project in the Dabwali region in Bathinda is a prime location near Bathinda Chemical Refinery and AIIMS. Residents living near this area get accessibility to top-notch medical facilities urgently. They can move to AIIMS to get timely treatment at affordable costs. The design of our residential project is to cater to the needs of modern housing.
